Is Boston bike friendly?

Long considered among the worst metropolitan areas to get around by bike, Boston has slowly improved but still is considered a rough ride. Boston has a some fantastic trails and paths for taking your bike out in any season.

How do you ride a bicycle in Boston?

Once you find your best bike for Boston, keep to the right-most lane. You can ride your bike on the sidewalk in Boston by law but we really don’t recommend it as pedestrian traffic can be high and unpredictable. We do jaywalk here in Boston!! Winters can be to cold too wait for a traffic light.
